Lindsey Marie Panes is a Master of Arts graduate student in Media, Culture, and Communication at New York University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Rutgers University. Lindsey’s research centers on culture and cognition, specifically exploring how societal environments influence individual processes and behaviors, as well as their relation to media, technology, and journalism. Her broader research interests also include self-presentation, interventions and social change, climate change, fashion, and all things trivial and social.
